She’s Crafty
Since we moved, I’ve had the chance to get a little crafty and make some new projects that I am pretty pleased with.
I made this GIANT clock by our kitchen table. There are 12 different V’s that I either bought or made.
This is a metal sign that I bought at Hobby Lobby on Valentine clearance. I used my Cricut to cut the letters out of adhesive vinyl.
I made this canvas to hang above our bed. I hand-wrote the lyrics to the song we danced to at our wedding on it.
This is a memo board that I made for Nola’s room. I used a vintage frame and lots of ribbon scraps that were left over from making bows for Nola. I hung it above her coloring table.
I made these canvases above Nola’s bed to spell her name. Each letter is on an individual canvas with coordinating scrapbook paper on chipboard.
I also made this canvas for her room. The giraffe’s spots are the same paper that her name is made out of. It’s now hanging to the left of the curtain that you can see in the picture above.
I made a canvas for Rudy’s office door, but I forgot to take a picture of it. I have two more projects to finish this summer. I’m painting a headboard for Nola’s room and upcycling some furniture from a resale shop to make a play kitchen for her. I’ll post pictures when those are finished!
